 Lively White Negroni

Regal Rogue lively white

Created with Regal Rogue Lively White, this refreshing pre-dinner drink highlights the thoughtfully-sourced ingredients of Regal Rogue’s Australian aperitif.

With its citrus and floral notes, combined with organic, unwooded Chardonnay from Orange in NSW, Lively White is also bursting with native Lemon Myrtle, Desert Limes, Finger Limes and Native Thyme, along with hints of Elderflower, Lemongrass, Grapefruit and Chamomile. So it makes sense to create a zingy Negroni!

Daring Dry Three-Step Aperitif

As a wine-based alternative to gin, Regal Rogue is at its best when used as a base ingredient, and this pre-dinner drink is created using the Daring Dry blend.

With its savoury and salty notes, it’s created using organic Sauvignon Blanc. native Anise Myrtle, Quandong and Native Thyme. It’s finished with white pepper, gentian, olive leaf and juniper. If you’re looking for an earthy aperitif, this is a must-try.

The Wild Rogue Spritzer

If tropical and fruity is your weak spot, this is the pre-dinner tipple for you! It’s created using Regal Rogue Wild Rosé, which incorporates pale and dry organic Cabernet Rosé with native Illawarra plums, Rosella, strawberry gum, fruit spice, rhubarb and Kina.

Mixed with Aperol and prosecco, prepare to fall in love with your new summer drink.

Bold Red Three-Step Aperitif

As one of the world’s first dry Red Australian aperitifs, this is an experience! Crafted using deep, rich naturally spiced organic Shiraz with organic un-wooded Chardonnay, native pepper berry, wattle seed, native thyme, cinnamon, clove, star anise, nutmeg, ginger, bitter orange, dried fig and dried cherry, this is a complex and robust mixer.

Combined with ginger beer and fresh orange and ginger, this will wake up your tastebuds!

Daring Refresher

We’re finishing off strong with a tipple created by one of our Mouths of Mums reviewers, Chelsea, who created a simple yet refreshing drink with Daring Dry.

“We were given the opportunity to give Regal Rouge a try and picked up Daring Dry. We tried this in a martini, which was really yummy, and then in a simple vodka soda with some lime, both delicious and would definitely buy again!”
