  • I have lost my password. How do I get a new one?

  • I have lost my username. How do I get a new one?
    • Visit our login page and enter your email address for our system to send you the username. It is always best to choose something easy to remember.
  • How do I unsubscribe?
    • We are sorry to hear you don’t want to receive our communications anymore. Head to our unsubscribe page to update your preferences. Please remember that by unsubscribing, we can’t contact you about reviews, and you may miss out on being part of a review team. You can always resubscribe at a later date if you wish.
  • Does this site share my details with third parties?

  • How do I know when a new review is open for applications?
    • We notify members that a review is open for applications via email and via the reviews page on our website. To ensure you are one of the first to know, please check your subscription settings in your profile to ensure you are receiving our communications. It is also a good idea to follow us on our socials, as we will also promote reviews and other promotions there.
  • Do I have to be a member to be part of a review team?
    • Yes, and becoming a member is quick and easy. Visit our register page and fill in your details.
  • Do I have to be subscribed to the newsletter to take part in reviews?
    • No, though it is highly recommended that you do subscribe to ensure you are one of the first to know about upcoming reviews. To ensure you are one of the first to know, please check your subscription settings in your profile to ensure you are receiving our communications.
  • How do I apply for reviews?
    • When you receive an email advising that a review is open for applications, simply click through to the individual review page and apply. Alternatively, apply directly on the site via the ‘apply to review’ button on the applicable review page.
  • How do I get selected for a review?
    • To be considered as part of a review team, you must have your details updated in your profile, as most reviews have some required selection criteria. To have the best chance of joining a review team, check that all of your details are up to date and correct in your profile.
  • How are the review team selected?
    • The review team is manually selected by our team, based on the criteria required for the product. To ensure you have the best chance of being picked as part of a review team, please check that all your details are correct in your profile. You will not be selected if you have received a product to review in the past and failed to post a review for it.
  • How am I notified if I have been unsuccessful for a review?
    • No. We only make contact with the successful applicants.
  • How am I notified if I have been successful for a review?
    • We send all applicants an email indicating that their application to join the review team has been successful. To ensure you are notified, please check your subscription settings in your profile to ensure you are receiving our communications.
  • Do I have to return products after reviewing them?
    • Usually not, unless otherwise stated on the product review page. We like to make sure our members keep the review products as a way of saying thank you for being part of our community.
  • I haven’t received my products to review. How do I know they are on their way to me?
    • Expect physical products to arrive within two weeks after confirmation of your involvement in the review. In many cases, we issue gift vouchers for you to purchase the product yourself. Vouchers are usually accessible as soon as you are notified of your successful application.
  • How many reviews do I have to post?
    • Each review has its own requirements, so please refer to the review instructions you were provided. We expect you to post a minimum of one review for each product you receive.
  • How soon do I have to place a review on the site after receiving the product?
    • While each review has its own requirements, reviews are generally expected within 2-4 weeks of receiving your product or voucher. You should submit your first review as early as you can and within the timeframes specifically mentioned in the email.
  • What if my address is incorrect in my profile?
    • If you haven’t updated your address in time for the products to be sent out, you will miss out. The best way to ensure this doesn’t happen is to check your profile regularly.
  • What happens if I am unable to complete my review?
    • Please contact us to let us know about your situation, and our team will be able to help out.
  • I have completed my review, but missed the deadline. Can I still be included in future reviews?
    • We do ask that all members submit reviews before the cut-off date supplied. If you are unable to meet this deadline, we ask that you contact us to let us know of your situation. Our system looks at when reviews are posted as part of the selection basis for future reviews, so you must post your reviews promptly.
  • Is my review displayed publicly?

COMPETITIONS

  • How do I enter?
    • Our competitions are run as games of skill, requiring you to leave a response to a specific question as outlined on the specific competition page. You must be a logged-in member to leave a response, and you must do so within 50 words or fewer.
  • Do I have to be a member to enter?
    • Yes, only members can enter our competitions. To become a member, head to our register page and sign up.
  • How do I know when the competition has ended?
    • Competition dates are always included on the competition page. Competitions that have ended will no longer permit entries.
  • How are the winners selected?
    • As games of skill, winners are selected by our team based on the best response/s to the required question.
  • How do I know if I have been selected as a winner?
    • Winners will be notified via email if they have won a competition. To ensure you are notified, please check your subscription settings in your profile to ensure you are receiving our communications. Please also check your junk folder in the week following the end of a competition. Winners’ names will be published on the individual competition pages.
  • Are there any terms and conditions for entry?

  • Does the promoter get my details?
    • If you are one of our lucky winners, your details will be provided to the promoter for delivery of the prize/s.

Please note this can take up to one month from notification of winning. If it has been one month since you have heard from us and you have not received your prize, please contact us.

  • When does the Rewards program run?
    • Our Rewards program runs seasonally: Summer (December, January & February), Autumn (March, April & May), Winter (June, July & August) and Spring (September, October & November).
  • Do all members earn Rewards entries?
    • Yes, all members who are logged in when submitting comments, reviews or entries will receive entries to our seasonal Rewards prize draw. Visit our Rewards page for more details.
  • Where can I see how many entries I have?
    • Your entries are visible within your profile and in the widget in the top-right corner of each page of the site. You must be logged in to see your entries.
  • How do I accrue Rewards entries?
    • From the moment you join, you’ll start accruing entries through leaving comments, posting reviews, entering competitions and more. Visit our Rewards page for more details.
  • Who gets the Rewards prizes?
    • In the interest of fairness, winners of Rewards prizes are randomly drawn using a cryptographically secure random generator. Any member with an entry has a chance to win!
  • How many Rewards prizes are there each season?
    • Prizes may be different each season, depending on the sponsors we have for that particular period.
  • How do I know if I will receive a Rewards prize?
    • If you are one of the Rewards winners, you’ll be notified by email, and your prizes will be sent to the details in your profile, so it’s important to always keep that up to date. Winners’ names are published on each prize page once drawn.
  • When will I receive my Rewards prize?
    • Prizes are finalised by the 15th of the following month. Physical products may take up to one month for the respective promoter to dispatch. Gift vouchers are usually emailed within two weeks of the winners being notified. If you have been waiting longer than one month for a prize you are entitled to, please contact us.
