My sister in law is a huge fan of Baileys so I think this will be the gift I buy her for her birthday in March. I haven’t had Baileys in a while so I might just have to buy myself a bottle as well to share with my friends when we have catch ups.

I recently bought this for Christmas Day and although I prefer normal Baileys I really liked this as a night cap instead of tea or coffee. I had it on ice with milk and it was very yummy, quite sweet but I like sweet and I even got a little buzz on the go lol

Actually went out and purchased this to try after reading the article on bestsips. I couldnt wait any longer. It was everything i thought it would be plus more!! This is definitely a winner. Smooth, rich and delicious. Hopefully stays permanently!

This sounds absolutely delicious! I only wish my Grandma was still around to see all the amazing new flavours Baileys now has. She wasn’t a huge drinker, but did enjoy a glass of Baileys in the evenings especially during the festive season. This would make some interesting fudge too, super delicious!

I really like Baileys but the Chocolate one sounds even better than the normal one. This might be a nice Christmas drink on a hot day when I don’t want too much alcohol. Anything with milk is great too as long as I don’t mix with anything else lol over ice as well.

I saw some Baileys mini pavlovas in the supermarket the other day and am very excited to try both the Baileys pavlovas and this Baileys Chocolate – what a fabulous festive combination!

I love the idea of adding this to my baking! Would be amazing in my chocolate crunchie bar cheesecake or my chocolate brownie for an extra indulgence!

Just in case anyone is interested in the Chocolate Baileys Cheesecake, here are the ingredients that I used:
For the base – 24 original Oreos and 5 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
For the Cheesecake – 915 grams of Cream Cheese (at room temperature), 1 cup of granulated sugar, 4 large eggs, 1/3 cup of delicious Chocolate Baileys.
For the Ganache topping: 175 gms good quality dark chocolate, 1/2 cup thickened cream, 3 tablespoons of Chocolate baileys Irish Cream.
It looked amazing and was delicious!

I have always wondered if these are for chocolate lovers or alcohol lovers. Might be worth a try!

I love this Christmas spin on Baileys! I actually didn’t know that you could add it to baking, getting my oven ready now!

After reading this article a couple of weeks ago I went and purchased the chocolate Baileys and it has been enjoyed in so many different ways 🙂 Grown up delicious chocolate mud thick shakes, Poured over icecream with 2 shots of coffee for a delicious Mocha Affogato and last night…….a Baileys Chocolate Marble Cheesecake – amazing!!

Can confirm now this is ahhhhhmazing

Baileys always delivers with their speciality flavours they bring out.
The last one I tried was the red velvet and that was just delicious.
Cannot wait to get my hands on this one.

I love the original Baileys with milk and ice. It’s just like a milkshake. I already know I’m going to love the chocolate version. I can’t wait to try it

I loved the original Baileys, so must just have to buy this Bailey’s chocolate for my unexpected guests who will share Christmas with me this year. I can’t imagine a better addition to my drinks cupboard for a great Christmas eve or day.

DROOL! Just when I think Bailey’s can’t get any better, they go do this. Ugh. YUM. It’s like the rival to the Cruiser Mudshake (which I also love).

I’ve tried a few of these special editions and every time I test it out on its own and the real challenge on vanilla ice cream – so far they have all been winners and I can’t wait to try this one as I think it could be the best ever – adult topping

OMG this looks just devine!! I love Baileys and while consider chocolate to be my favourite food, I shouldn’t just limit it to food as I love liquid chocolate and I think this would be the perfect combination!
I want this and I need this. I know what I’ll be putting on my Christmas list this year!! Best part is I won’t even have to share it with the kids!

I love Bailey’s and I go out of my way to try their limited editions every time they come out. Last year was pavlova, which was great. I am not sure how this chocolate one will be different from their already existing Chocolate Luxe, but I will definitely give it a go!

I got a little creative and have come up with what I think will be a great ‘thick shake’.
In a blender pop 2 generous scoops of rich chocolate ice cream and one scoop of vanilla, a handful of ice cubes, 2 shots chocolate Baileys (60 mls) 1 shot vodka, dash of milk, dash of cream, break up a flake and sprinkle it through – turn on blender and mix.
Pour a little chocolate syrup down sides of serving glass, pour in deliciousness and top with a squirt of syrup and sprinkle of flake – yum 🙂

Bailey’s does it again. Definitely have to try this one this Christmas!

Oh wow, what a lovely new flavour! It would compliment an adult coffee or affogato really well.

I love Bailey, it is one of my favourite liquors but it is so easy and delicious to drink that it goes down too easily and doesn’t last in my house. Served with ice in a glass this is a lovely after work drinking a summer evening. I might have to shout myself a bottle this Christmas as a treat.

Oh yum! I haven’t had Baileys in forever. Love the idea of using this new choc baileys on desserts. Could be perfect to go with my Christmas ice cream pudding!

oh my gosh!! i lovee baileys, even better when used in desserts too! but this new chocolate edition is one i definitely must have! i hope they eventually bring it out and keep it all year long. it sounds ultra decadent and one that i’ll be gifting to others too!
