Five flavours to treat yourself with

As tempting as the pastry cabinet, the Patisserie wine range includes:

Raspberry Éclair Moscato

This Moscato is a playful, sweet-styled wine bursting with vibrant raspberry notes and a touch of creamy pastry richness. Lightly sparkling, it’s bright, juicy and full of charm — just like its namesake dessert. A perfect treat for those who love their wine with a little whimsy and a lot of flavour

Passionfruit Friand Sauvignon Blanc

A vibrant,sweet-styled wine bursting with tropical passionfruit, ripe melon and a touch of citrus zest. Juicy and expressive, it finishes with a soft, dessert-like charm that’s reminiscent of its pastry-inspired name. A fun and fruity twist on Sauvignon Blanc.

Pineapple Madeline Pinot Gris

A lush, sweet flavour profile with layers of golden pineapple, poached pear and a hint of vanilla sponge. Smooth and lightly textured, it’s a playful and indulgent take on Pinot Gris. Perfect for sipping or pairing with fruit-based desserts.

Crème Brûlée Chardonnay

A decadently styled wine layered with notes of vanilla custard, caramelised sugar and baked stone fruit. Rich and smooth on the palate, it delivers a dessert-like indulgence with a soft, creamy finish. A luxurious twist on Chardonnay that’s perfect for those with a sweet tooth.

Strawberry Macaron Rosé

A sweeter-styled wine inspired by the indulgent flavours of French pâtisserie. It’s a lusciously fruity rosé bursting with notes of ripe strawberries and creamy confection. Perfect for dessert pairings or to indulge on its own.

A modern twist on wine

“We are delighted to introduce Patisserie – a wine range inspired by the flavours of beloved French desserts and designed to make every moment special. Bringing something fresh and different to bottle shops across the country, these wines are all about capturing the evolving tastes of today’s wine lovers. Whether it be celebrating, gifting or sharing with friends, Patisserie offers a truly delightful and modern twist on classic varietals.”

Ross Marshell, Managing Director at Fourth Wave Wine

Each Patisserie wine is crafted to be vibrant and fruit-driven, with fermentation gently paused to keep a touch of natural sweetness. A hint of flavour is blended in to lift the fruit notes, while a soft frizzante adds freshness and a rounded, lively finish to every sip.

Soft, sweet and a little bit different, Patisserie wines are ready for any occasion that calls for a little treat.

  • Oh my, I am so glad that I logged in to apply for a review and stumbled upon this page.
These look divine – loving the pastel colours, names and flavours.
I am a ‘Berry’ person so toss up between the strawberry and raspberry.
But I think I might try each!

  • I popped into Dans last week and tried the Stawberry Macarone Rose’ that a lovely young woman suggested to me and that she likes. It was very nice, very sweet and lovely in short doses.

  • Well don’t these just sound absolutely lush. They look like they could be centre stage for a cute and boozy Le Goûter moment. The strawberry macaron rose sounds like a real indulgent sip. I think I’ll have to pick up one of those and a bottle of Raspberry Eclair Moscato and put them away for Christmas.

  • Raspberry Eclair Moscato?! Say less – my taste buds just booked a one-way trip to Paris.
Whoever thought to blend Parisian pastries with wine deserves a medal.
Each flavour sounds like my kind of happy hour – sweet, sparkly and très délicieux!
I want to collect every one of them.

  • Oh Dear. Now these really do sound delicious and tempting to a dessert lover like me. Looking to choose among them is hard as they all sound good. Raspberry Éclair Moscato will be a definite and possibly the Crème Brûlée Chardonnay or Pineapple Madeline Pinot Gris. Christmas and Summer will be the time to trial these.

  • These are just beautiful! I would like to try them all but first in the list would be the passionfruit friand sauvignon blanc.

  • Oh wow! How pretty are these! You definitely can’t buy just one when they look that good together! The flavours… amazing! I’ve got to go with the strawberry and the Creme brulee!! They sound unbelievably divine! And just $19 a bottle! What’s not to love! On my way to try some 🙂

  • The bottles itself look absolutely stunning!! I’d want to collect them all jsut for the gorgeous colours. I love that it’s reasonably priced too that makes this more appealing. The flavours sound incredible and already has me curious to try it! These would make absolutely great gifts in hampers over the holidays.

  • OMG these sound Devine. I am in heaven just reading this article. All of the flavours sound delicious and very inviting but wow the raspberry eclair sounds scrumptious. I will have to get to a Dan Murphy’s and check these out. They would be great to pull out when you have guests over.

  • I need every bottle asap!
These look amazing! Can’t wait to get my hands on these
Dan Murphy’s I will be seeing you very very soon

  • Would it be wrong of me to want to try every flavour??? Lol

  • Oh my goodness! These are delightful! The flavours are to die for. I would love to try all of them! I certainly have a sweet tooth! I wonder what the volume per bottle is and alcohol content? The first one I’d love to try would be Creme Brûlée Chardonnay. These would make unique gifts for Christmas!

  • These are such a pretty bottle. Sweet wines aren’t my thing but I’d definitely order them for Christmas for my aunts and girl cousins and make boxes of the matching desserts to gift them with. So different to what’s out there on the market, I think more people need to know about these.

  • I will be trying the Strawberry Macaron Rosé flavour first for sure!!
