    I really enjoyed the Ovata Sparkling Rose. Not too sweet, I found it quite light and refreshing and pairs perfectly with a charcuterie board.     Have gone back for more with this delicious bottle of Oakridge Ovata Sparkling Rosé. This is definitely going to be a staple over summer with friends on the deck. I’ve also had another couple of friends buy it as well off the back of my recommendation. Bring on summer fun times!

  • Perfect dry sparkling

    It’s difficult to find a nice dry sparkling. I find majority of them too sweet. This tastes mature and something I don’t/won’t get sick of.
    More dry = less carbs 👌
    This is a perfect pick for me. And I love that it’s pink!

    Move over diamonds – A sparkling Rosé is this girl’s best friend! No but seriously ladies … this one is for the girls. Already stocking up for the festive season, at $26 dollars this is champagne on a beer budget for me!!!

  • A Beautiful Light Crisp Rosé

    I love this Sparkling Rosé! Very refreshing light, crisp & bubbly!
    The Perfect Bottle to have for celebrations or to have on hand when the girls come over!
    It’s not too dry, it has a subtle sweetness with hints of strawberry & floral notes that make it easy to drink & really enjoy it.
    It’s the perfect glass to have by the pool on a hot Summers day!

  • A Gorgeous Glass

    Oakridge Ovata Sparkling Rosé is everything I want in a rosé. It’s light, crisp, full of bubbles and has a delicate sweetness. The taste is lovely, it’s fresh and creamy with a flavour that doesn’t overpower my palette but has enough depth and complexity to really enjoy each sip. The aroma is fruity and lightly floral. It’s soft pink hue looks divine in my coupe glasses and the bottle looks like it’s made for glamming up any occasion. This was a joy to taste and I look forward to bringing this lush bottle to future celebrations.

    I recently got a new job, so this was the perfect opportunity for a celebratory glass of bubbles! I love a good rosé, and Ovata Sparkling is definitely in that category – it’s light, perfectly carbonated and has a refreshing and delicate flavour. This is a wine I’m adding to my usual drinking shopping list, but I’ll also use for gifts for my friends and family, as it’s a beautiful bottle design as well.

  • Light, crisp, perfect holiday bev

    I tried this sparkling recently and was very pleasantly surprised, even my partner who doesn’t drink sparkling agreed it was very tasty, it was refreshing without being too sweet, perfect for celebrating on hot days or as a crowd pleaser to bring to events! Loved the bottle as well, i will definitely be purchasing again.

  • Ready for Christmas!

    I just bought another 6 bottles ready to enjoy with my Mum at Christmas. We always look forward to enjoying some bubbles on Christmas Day (and days surrounding!). What I love about Ovata Sparkling Rose is it’s light tasting, smooth to drink (as ‘smooth’ as bubbles can be) and is a perfect match for a cheeky drink while preparing Christmas lunch – and continue with another glass or two with lunch as well. Not too sweet, just the perfect taste and is everything I would look for in a sparkling rose. Price is right as well!

  • Sweet and tart

    It’s very sweet and tart. Not a huge fan of it. Could only see myself drinking 1 glass of it at a time. Also as I could only drink 1 glass at a time you can’t reseal this bottle so a lot would go to waste. Would be great to share with others though

    The Ovata Sparking Wine is gorgeous. Very light and bubbly. Great for any occasion, a celebratory drink or at a barbecue, even a picnic to share with or enjoy all to yourself.

  • A sparkling floral delight!

    I love a good Rose, finding the perfect one is a current hyper focus of mine! So I was very excited to try the Ovata Sparkling Rose and see if I could add it to my regular collection.
    To start with, the bottle is so elegant and pretty, and pink, which is always a win in my books.
    I didn’t have a special occasion coming up, so I created my own special moment, enjoying a glass with dinner on my balcony, overlooking the sunset and my boys playing in the backyard.
    It definitely didn’t disappoint! It has a lovely sweet strawberry flavour with floral aromas thrown in. It was easy to drink, with a pleasant not sharp, aftertaste.
    I definitely recommend the Ovata Sparkling Rose for any occasion, even a casual weeknight dinner at home. Delicious!

  • My Favourite

    This Sparkling wine is my favourite. Its light and crisp taste gives me tingles on my tongue . Id recommend for anyone to give it a try. you’ll be pleasently surprised for the price, it’s a steal .

  • Too Good To Share !

    I did share it, but just quietly I didn’t want to! Very easy to drink. Would easily grab a case of this for Christmas/NY period – can imagine enjoying a glass or 3 on a sunny afternoon.. Great price point for the quality. Some sparkling wines are a bit harsh tasting, but this was perfect. I highly recommend Ovata Sparkline Rose.

    What a refreshing, sweet but not too sweet burst of Summer bubbles. Perfect for those Summer afternoons by the pool during the festive season (throughout the whole year actually).   • Refreshingly fruity and bubbly for gals and guys

    Oakridge Ovata Sparkling Rosè is the best accompaniment to any celebration. As I popped the cork the crisp, pink strawberry scent made me salivate. The floral notes were evident without being too sweet but at the same time not too dry. The bubbles were aplenty and more so than the average champagne. We paired it with fish and salads on a warm Summer’s afternoon and I would highly recommend it to everyone looking for a good time!!!!!!

  • Fruity sparkle sip

    I’ve always been a fan of sparkling wines so was excited to test this one out. The Ovata Sparkling Rosé really hit the spot! It’s dry but easy to drink with a lovely sweet nose and hints of strawberry and soft floral notes. I had it with an oil-based seafood pasta, and it was such a great match with the freshness of the bubbles and the light, fruity flavours balancing the dish beautifully. Definitely one I’d reach for again when I want something fun and refreshing.

    Oakridge Ovata Sparkling Rosè was the perfect drop to start my 40th birthday celebrations, the pop of the cork and everyones around to taste. It had hints of strawberry and florals making it not to sweet but just the perfect touch to drink with a gorgeous cheese board. The bubbles always make for a classic champange and the dryness makes it an easy champange to drink. Definately one that i would go back and try again

  • Summer vibes in a glass

    I really enjoyed trying Ovata Sparkling Rosé, it wasn’t too sweet which would help it pair with most dishes. A lovely blush colour with hints of strawberry and florals. It was a a lovely way to celebrate the weekend and get ready for an event. My family also really enjoyed it and we had it with a grazing board. Pairs great with cheese and crackers. If I was drinking it on its own without food I would usually prefer a slightly sweeter sparkling.

  • A rose for Summer celebrations

    This sparkling rosé is dry but has hints of strawberry in it! It is super light and refreshing, perfect for summer celebrations! Lots of fizz which I loved and paired nice with a cheese board. Price is a little over what I’d normally spend but is often on special. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

  • So crisp and refreshing

    This bottle of sweet bubbly goodness is absolutely delicious. I’m not a huge rose drinker, but this was divine. So crisp, fresh, sweet with fruity undertones. It’s perfect for a summers day! So refreshing and light. It’s definitely my new happy drink! You could easily drink the whole bottle, it goes down so easily.
    I love the bottle, so pink, sexy and feminine. Would make for a nice piece of decor at a high tea or an girly special event.

    I’d never tried this one before as I normally go for sweeter wines such as moscato etc but was excited to try as the bottle alone looked gorgeous.
    I really enjoyed the taste. It was crisp and refreshing and I could taste a bit of fruity flavour. I think this would be a great option for special occasions, the festive season etc.

    Loved this it tastes refreshing and is light ,don’t usually drink rose but I’m now converted! Great to have with cheese kabana etc ,easily pair it with any meal taste is really nice not as sweet as I thought but beautiful flavour.i recommend buying this rose i will be purchasing more for Christmas gift ,bottle is very pretty too

  • Such a light and bubbly refresher

    Okay, this was seriously delicious. Served it at a dinner party and everyone asked what it was. Not long after we sent hubby to to bottle shop to get some more.

  • Ovation Sparkles for Ovata Rose

    I dont normally drink sparkling wine however I thoroughly enjoyed tasting Oakridge Ovata Rose. My Hubby and I had it with our roast lamb dinner a great match of flavours. Not too sweet but light and robust enough to have it with any meal type. I loved the blush pink colour and el4gsnce of bottle packaging.     I really enjoyed this! Grabbed a bottle easily enough from my local Dan Murphys. Great taste for the great price too! Certainly a bottle I’d grab to take to give to any one who’s hosting or entertaining or take to a BBQ, group catch up etc. I think it would suit those who enjoy Rosè or sparkling wine as a great mix of both.     I think I have found the perfect drink for Christmas! Bubbles are perfect for a special occasion, and this sparkling Rose is crisp, refreshing and delicious. I shared the bottle with a couple of friends over a BBQ lunch on the weekend and it went down way too easily – I wish we had 2 bottles! Its perfectly balanced between sweet, dry and a hint of florals. The bottle is beautiful so it would also make a nice gift. Thanks Dan’s and MoM!

  • Can't wait for summer!

    I tried the Oakridge Ovata Sparkling Rose, and now I’m even more excited for summer! This drink was so fresh and crisp with a really really delicious flavour. A lot of rose’s can be way too sweet for me, but this one didn’t leave that ‘too sweet aftertaste’ in my mouth. Would happily buy again.

  • Lovely Sparkling! Definitely a winner!

    Great Rose. Fresh, crisp and enjoyable. Not sweet more on the dry side. I love a nice punchy, not sweet, easy to drink sparkling. Will definitely buy again. I actually already brought a 2nd bottle. Beautiful colour and nice bottle. Just adding to the enjoyment of drinking a lovely sparkling!

  • Delicious & Smooth

    Ovata Sprakling Rose is a perfectly balanced drink that you will enjoy to have for any occasion.
    Not only it is delicious & light, the fizz and Strawberry flavour create a smooth and refreshing taste.
    The bottle is beautiful and the price very reasonable. It is my new favourite drink!

  • Crisp and easy drinking

    I tried Ovata sparkling rose for the first time and am pleasantly surprised, it is light and crisp without being too sweet, perfect for drinks with the girls or on a date night on a warm evening. The bottle is beautiful and it feels light and easy to drink. Very worth it for the price I would definitely buy again for a special occasion.
