Eau de vie, or ‘water of life’ in France, is the process of fermenting grapes into wine and then distilling them into a high-proof Eau de Vie spirit. Eau de vie is the pinnacle of grape alcohol, it is naturally elegant in structure, with similar wine-like characteristics that are layered with spice.

The Feels Botanical eau de vie uses high quality Australian grapes, to make the grape spirit that’s the base of all their variations.

Rouse

True to its name, Feels Rouse is a seductive combination of Horny Goat Weed, Rose petals and native Davidson plum that delivers notes of floral Rose, musk and stewed rhubarb. The spark of sensuality through a rose-tinted glass.

Revel

    Feels Bask is a bold yet smooth fusion of Quandong, Kakadu Plum, and Hemp. Crisp and earthy with a subtle spice, it has a silky mouthfeel that lingers.     In high spirits

    Loved the Feels Botanical Revel spirit – I first tried it on a hot day with some cold tonic water and a handful of ice, and found it delightfully refreshing without being too strong. The packaging is simple yet elegant, and I poured out a few for some lucky friends at dinner the next night. They haven’t stopped raving about it!

    Was a very strong taste but surprisingly refreshing

    i made my drink the following way-One third revel, one splash bickfords lemon juice, topped with cranberry juice. Actually really refreshing. not my usual cup of tea but i’m very much a sweet taste. i used the juices to sweeten it to my taste and really enjoyed it
    i sipped it first over ice and it was extremely strong. perfect if Grappa is to your taste

    Like a sweet Limoncello!

    I made my drink the following way- One third rouse one third bickfords mango coconut splash, two thirds lemon squash with ice.

    It was absolutely delish! tasted like a floral Limoncello! the Rouse was smooth and could definitely be had on its own over ice.

    I’d definitely buy this again and have a girls cocktail night with it.

    Great for a summers day

    I rarely do cocktails, what have I been missing! Pop the cork on the Vivify bottle and the aroma meets you with a lovely sweet scent of the coconut that is one of three that make this lovely refreshing mix. The notes of Coconut, Turmeric and Ginger greet you with this drink. Have it with a simple, on the rocks, or mix with a partner of your choice.

    Virtuous VIVIFY

    Take a sip of VIVIFY, another delicious grape spirit from the Feels Botanical range. With notes of Turmeric, coconut, and ginger, this drink is perfect over ice with a splash of soda and lime.     Brilliant BASK

    Im a huge fan of classic margaritas, so I was thrilled to try out the Feels Botanicals’ take on it – Tommy’s Margarita. Using Feels Botanicals BASK, it was effortless to make and tasted absolutely delicious.     Floral musky legend

    Wow the first sip and bam it’s like taking you back to your childhood memory of eating musk sticks from those lion donation trays. Then comes the fruitiness of the stone fruit plum it’s a sweet sensation twirling around your mouth. For someone that doesn’t drink your regular gin variants this has me converted and wanting to go back for more, can’t wait to get my hands on more

    Absolutely amazing want more

    Where can I start from someone that isn’t a big fan of gin feels botanical you have turned me upside down screaming for more. That first sip is refreshing, flavoursome and reeling you in for more, you can taste the chocolate coming from the fruit and spices which holds onto the tip of your tounge wanting to come back for more.

    I usually make gin based cocktails which I love but sometimes the gin can be too overpowering. I was so excited to try this new grape based spirit for something uniquie and different.     Refreshingly different

    We paired this with some cranberry juice for a refreshing summery cocktail. Just add some vodka, fresh lime, soda water and lots of ice. These went down a treat and had a distinctly unique flavour with a very subtle blends of ingredients that make it a light and enjoyable drink

    Very strong alcohol aroma

    This spirit has a very strong aroma, and flavour with a high alcohol content in comparison to the average spirit. It was hard to find further information on the brand and which actual type of spirit this was. I liked the packaging of the bottle, with the cork top, and the label and was excited to try this. However I would not purchase this beverage again as I did not enjoy it. Friends I shared it with thought similar.
    I did like that it had suggested mixers to use to make your unique drinks.

    Very strong aroma

    This spirit has a very strong aroma, and flavour with a high alcohol content in comparison to the average spirit.     Different kind of spirit

    Feels Botanical BASK is a tasty spirit with a mixture of hemp, Quandong, and Kakadu plum scents. It tastes a bit earthy and it goes so well straight on the rocks or mixing with soda water. A chilled summer with this in my hand has been great! I would recommend it if you want something a bit different.

    Refreshing and tasty

    Feels Botanical VIVIFY is a tasty spirit with a mixture of tumeric, coconut and ginger scents. I feel rejuvenated and it goes so well straight on the rocks or mixing with soda water.     Smooth & Refreshing

    The Feels Botanical VIVIFY was a smooth and refreshing beverage. I enjoyed the coconut, turmeric and ginger flavours it had to it. I mixed it with tonic which I think paired well with the flavours. I liked trying this new drink and will incorporate it in my next cocktail night.

    Nice flavour

    The Feels Botanical BASK has a nice flavour to it and makes for a refreshing and delicious drink! This drink was great mixed with tonic and I also added a slice of orange to garnish. The bottle is cute with the cork topper. I would definitely have this again and it was a nice weekend beverage.

    Perfect For Cocktail Creations

    When I looked through the cocktail inspirations for the feels botanical spirits on best sips I knew straight away I wanted to make a Paloma using the Revel sample I was gifted.
    When I opened the bottle and could straight away smell the coffee notes, I won’t lie, I thought grapefruit and coffee? Nope! But I made the cocktail anyway, because, why not?!
    I really didn’t expect to like it but to my suprise, these flavours actually worked – they tasted similar to a Jaffa in a refreshing drink form.
    I can’t wait to start experimenting with some other cocktail creations using Revel.

    Pleasantly surprised

    I was expecting the Bask to be quite potent similar to tequila, I found it was so smooth, crisp & really enjoyed the hint of spice. This is the perfect mix for a spicy margarita. I enjoyed blitzing this into a granita with lemon iced tea & a good squeeze of fresh orange juice. Super refreshing on a hot day & perfectly paired with tacos

    Pleasantly surprised

    I was so impressed by the flavour of vivify. As someone that will always choose a cocktail with coconut in it, this spirit really exceeded my expectations. It was so smooth, light & sweet with a perfect amount of tangyness. I recommend trying vivify with peach iced tea a squeeze of lime & fresh mint. It’s so refreshing

    Full of Body

    Sweet smelling, thanks to the Kakadu Plum, and a hint of Green Apple. Tried this spirit on the rocks, but that was a bit too powerful for me. I enjoyed it mixed with some lemonade, which is all I had on hand. Lovely and refreshing, the notes of Kakadu Plum, Hemp and Quandong makes for a nice refreshing mix, enjoy.

    Great for a summers day

    I rarely do cocktails, what have I been missing! Pop the cork on the Vivify bottle and the aroma meets you with a lovely sweet scent of the coconut that is one of three that make this lovely refreshing mix. The notes of Coconut, Turmeric and Ginger greet you with this drink. Have it with a simple, on the rocks, or mix with a partner of your choice.

    Mixed Up Taste

    Not being a Gin Drinker i gave it to my mother.Mum said it was a bit bitter & she mixed it with Lemon Squash No Sugar with the Rose was Sweet.It’s hard to get a Perfect Mix with them.People can only try to find that.

    Take a sip of VIVIFY, another delicious grape spirit from the Feels Botanical range. With notes of Turmeric, coconut, and ginger, this drink is perfect over ice with a splash of soda and lime. I made the VIVIFY Daiquiri cocktail which wasn’t my typical go to daiquiri type, but it was still delicious and easy to make.

    Unique blend

    This is such a unique blend Bask,
    A mix of Quandong, Kakadu Plum, and Hemp. I had a it straight on ice with a dash of lime to take in the brilliant blend.
    Then experimented with some agave nectar and a dash of orange juice. Definitely a earthy moody blend and one i will remember. Going to try a few more mixes with this one. So keen to sample more from this exciting range

    Brilliant BASK

    Im a huge fan of classic margaritas, so I was thrilled to try out the Feels Botanicals’ take on it – Tommy’s Margarita. Using Feels Botanicals BASK, it was effortless to make and tasted absolutely delicious. Not only can you use it to create other delicious cocktails, but you can also enjoy it over ice with a splash of lemon for a refreshing summer beverage. This will be a staple in my house and look forward to trying more from their range.

    Floral musky legend

    Wow the first sip and bam it’s like taking you back to your childhood memory of eating musk sticks from those lion donation trays. Then comes the fruitiness of the stone fruit plum it’s a sweet sensation twirling around your mouth. For someone that doesn’t drink your regular gin variants this has me converted and wanting to go back for more, can’t wait to get my hands on more

    Absolutely amazing want more

    Where can I start from someone that isn’t a big fan of gin feels botanical you have turned me upside down screaming for more. That first sip is refreshing, flavoursome and reeling you in for more, you can taste the chocolate coming from the fruit and spices which holds onto the tip of your tounge wanting to come back for more.

    Would be a great gift option

    This would be a great gift option to give someone when you want to try to get them something different to try, especially if they like tequila cocktails, match it with an espresso martini cocktail mix and daiquiri cocktail mix and it will very well received! The bottle is beautiful and I especially love the gold emblem on the top of the cork!

    Loved the taste

    The revel was delicious! We mixed it with a simple lemonade and lime. Its flavours stood out. It was very fruity but also smooth with a touch of spice! Made with coffee, Illawarra plum and ginweng! My husband was a massive fan and we will definitely be sticking up on this!

    Delicious and sweet

    Loved the rouse by feels botanical! The flavour was a floral taste. I decided to make a yummy cocktail consisting of frozen berries and mixed berry kombucha, which was to die for! It is sweet so if you like sweet drinks then you will definitely love it! We will be buying this for sure!

    Sweet and summery

    Absolutely loved trialing the rouse spirit by feels botanical! It was sweet-which I personally love! I used frozen berries and kombucha to make the best cocktail! If you are into floral spirits this one is definitely recommended by myself! The flavours include rose, Davidson plum and… horny goat weed- no idea what that is but I liked it!!

    Coconut tequila tasting

    I definitely enjoyed this variation better than the Bask. Vivify still had the tequila taste but a lot smoother and not as intense and the coconut displayed well, was a little concerned it may be too gingery or tumeric but it was balanced very well that I didn’t notice any intense overdone flavours.

    Earthy and tequila flavour

    I didn’t really enjoy this flavour and tried a few variations of cocktails to see if I could find a mix I liked with it but it’s not really my taste. It definitely has a strong tequila taste even though it’s a grape spirit and very earthy.

    Rose flavours and Australian

    This drink reminds me of Australia! Summer and spring!
    I found this drink to really taste like Rose water and it was light and easy to drink I drank it on the rocks to fully taste all the lovely flavours. This is Australian owned and made , sugar and gluten free so more Australians and others can enjoy it ! This would be lovely in a refreshing cocktail.

    Easy to drink and Australian

    I really enjoyed the Revel as I’m a big coffee fan and it was very easy to drink ai drink all my drinks on ice so ai can taste the flavours and I found this enjoyable especially on the hot days that we have been having its very smooth to drink and easy to drink by itself the fact that it’s Australian made and owned and gluten and sugar free makes it even better !

    Enjoyed my first sip on the rocks to really taste the ingredients,l and felt refreshing and smooth on the tongue.
    Got the notes of botanicals coming thru especially the Kakadu plum. Will like to try with soda and lemon next time.

    Feels Botanical Hits the Spot

    This was my absolute favourite to try, the coconut was a mild hint and enough to be refreshing without overpowering. With some orange zest and blueberries soaking in the mix made for a perfect summer refreshing beverage.
